I have done a few of these super cute Birthday Banners now, but this was the first one I have done for a girl!!!  A friend of mine asked me to do one for not just 1 girl but TWINS!!! They were having their 1 year old birthday party and their colors were obviously lime green and of course PINK!!  (love it)  I found the adorable pink and green polka dotted ribbon at Michaels and it couldn't have been more perfect!  I just love how this one turned out!
