Total Blonde Moment!!!

So about a week and half ago I went to Sam's to buy some things, one of those things being Shampoo and Conditioner. I decided to go with a new brand and picked out one of each color (color usually indicates that one is shampoo and the other is conditioner, right??) So, I get home and begin taking my showers as usuall and notice that my new shampoo produces no lather...??? But none the less I was just like oh well that's weird and decided that I wouldn't buy that kind again in the future. So, this continues for the rest of the week. Now I need to also say that I usually am able to go at least 2-3 days before time to wash my hair again (my hair is super dry) But for some reason my hair was getting really greasy and I had to wash it daily during this week. Still not really thinking twice about it I continued to use my new "shampoo." Until Last night that is..... I was taking my nightly shower and cleaning it at the same time when I was rearranging all of my body washes and things and finally realized when the label jumped in front of my face what the heck had been happening this whole time!!!..........I BOUGHT TWO CONDITIONERS!!!!!!! Oh my goodness I started dying laughing at myself, what an idiot I thought. I can't believe that it took me this long to figure this out, I mean I didn't even investigate for goodness sakes! Hahahahahaha!!!

*Have you laughed today?? (Laughing cow cheese commercial, LOL)

Cooking Group

So, last night I went to this cooking group with some ladies from church. It was really fun and very enlightening. I really enjoyed getting together and bouncing ideas off of one another. Anyway, a friend of mine has been asking me for a recipe for Chicken Cacciatorre so in the spirit of cooking here ya go!

You will Need:

* Approx. 3 med chicken breasts

* 1 Jar of fave spaghetti sauce (or homeade)

* Pasta of choice, I use whole grain penne (if using Penne you will need the whole box, spaghetti you will just have to eyeball amount)

* EVOO

* 2% reduced fat Mozzarella cheese (1 bag)

* 1 large casserole dish

- Begin by drizzling EVOO in skillet. Butterfly Chicken breasts and cook in skillet on med high till golden brown. While Chicken is cooking Boil pasta until Al Dente, strain and place in caserole dish. Cover pasta with sauce, but leave a little sauce left over. When chicken is done place butterflied chicked breast overtop pasta and sauce and then pour rest of sauce over chicken. Then sprinkle Mozzarella over entire dish as heavily as you would like. You may like to add a little basil or parsley as a garnish. Bake on 375 for 15 until cheese is melted and Bon Appetit!!
BTW- It makes a pretty big dish, so great for large familys or leftovers ( can anyone say freezer?? LOL) It's super easy, really good, and pretty healthy too!!

The Big 25!

So it's been a whirlwind of celebrating for us and to top it all off was my brithday on the 1st. I turned 25 this year!! We went to dinner at the Cheescake Factory with our Friends Ryan & TiNeill, it was a lot of fun!! Thanks for a great b-day ya'll!
I think we were all stuffed, the food was soooo good!!

Joey and I got this 30th anniversary cheescake for dessert, it was great because it was layers of choco cake and cheesecake. Perfect for us-I loved the chocolate, he loved the cheescake (My mouth is watering just thinking about it)

Help!!

Question-

Everytime I do a post with a message and a picture I can't format it to where the message comes first and the pics after. Even when I type the message first the and then post the pics they post in front of the message. Can anyone please tell me how to fix this?? It is driving me crazy!!! Thanks!

And now the rest of the story......

We finally managed to get a picture together at the end of the night on our anniversary.

3 years and counting...

Yummy!

Forget the spoon, gimme the jar!

Alright, so the last few weeks have been pretty hectic; therefore I am way behind on my blogging. Plus, our computer is so dang slow. Everytime I sit down to do anything on it I really end up wanting to just throw it off our balcony!! :) LOL (No, seriously) I am going to see if I can talk Joey into getting a new one, wish me luck!! Anyway, so over the holidays everything was going smoothly unil Joey Jr. decided to get RSV! Now, as many of you know he was born 10 weeks premature and while we were in the hospital heard all of these terrifying things about RSV and I personally have been trying to avoid it like the plaque ever since. So, I took him to the Doctor several times throughout the Holiday season and said that he looked fine and didn't need to worry. They gave me antibiotics for his ear infection and a home nebulizer that we had to do every 4 hours for his congestion in order to prevent pneumonia.....10 days later---- all better!! What a relief, we have a follow up dr. appt in the morning just to make sure everything is ok, but little J.J. seems back to normal. In fact he has reached a new milestone this week BABYFOOD!

Oh yeah, on the 29th Joey and celebrated our 3 year anniversary and on the 1st I turned 25! I think we are finally done celebrating for a while. Now it's time to go back to work and try to save for my new computer! hahahahaha
