Oh my goodness, it has been on of "those" days!! Happy Memorial everyone! It will definitely be one to remember for us and not for very positive reasons... Sorry ahead of time for being a little debbie downer. We just spent the past 3 hours at Urgent Care!! Ugh, so not fun!! Everyone is ok though, come to find out JJ just has a cold, LOL! He has been running a low grade fever for a few days due to his teething, but today it spiked to 103.9 and I freaked! So, 2.5 hours later this hillarious little dr. came in and shared the news that it was just a common cold, lovely!! On our way out the rains came and we got dumped on literally!! This day was just meant for us to stay in and watch movies I think, so that is what I intend to do the rest of the evening... after I clean the bathrooms that is!! :)

Hey Girl...I am so glad he is okay!! Your mom and Esther told me about JJ when we went over tonight, and it reminded me of when Summer had Roseola when she was 8 months old. She spiked a fever of 105-106, and I didn't know what to do. She was lying on the floor completely lethargic. She got it twice within a month. I called her pediatrician after calling for my mom's advice, and they told me not to worry, to try to bring her fever down, and bring her in as soon as I could. I just had to trust them. When we went in she had to have a catheter and blood taken both times for precautionary measures. It was quite an experience, but her fever eventually went down, she broke out in a rash, and she was fine. It's hard to know with little ones, but as time goes on it gets a little easier to figure out. I have heard the same thing from other people that you posted about urgent care, however. At least it's over :)
Glad he is ok! I would have done the same thing! It's always better being safe than sorry ya know! Give him big kisses for me!
I actually enjoyed myself. I always try to find the positive in an unfortunate situation. LOL!!
