We had a jammed pack weekend!! It began Saturday morning with the Annual March of Dimes walk for babies (pics are in reverse order) I didn't find out about it until last minute, so we didn't really get an opportunity to raise money, but we just really wanted to go and walk for the cause!! It was so cool to see how many people were there walking for a precious preemie!! A lot of people had shirts with their team names and big groups walking together. Next year we would like to do that too!! JJ was really good, but he got tuckered out about halfway through and fell asleep! It felt great to finish the walk and I am really glad we went!!
Later on in the day... we went to Easton's birthday party!! It was a lot of fun and he got some awesome new toys!!

Pre-walkYesterday JJ's friend Easton came over to play and after a hot afternoon at the park we went across the street (love where we live) to Maggie Moo's for some Ice cream!!! All I kept hearing from both boys was ummmmm Nummy!! It was sooo cute!! We all shared 1 kids cup and judging from the picture below JJ ended up wearing more of it then he actually ate! Oh well, thank goodness for spray-n-wash!

Abbey and Ash (These silly girls were soooo much fun)I think I can speak for everyone when I say that we all had a blast at the beach for Spring Break!! My only complaint was that it was a little cold.... so we didn't really get to go in the ocean but that was ok! We got to enjoy a beautiful view, lots of R & R, shopping, eating, guitar hero, and other fun stuff!!! We really had a fun time.... Here are a few pics of the things we did a lot of....

So, Joey's Mom went out of town for a couple of weeks and left us in charge of taking care of each other. I think we did a pretty good job. We had many meals either at our house or their's and here are just a few pics documenting our past two weeks!!

Oh my goodness, I have to say that I don't think I HATE anything more than scrubbing the shower..... ok maybe picking vegetables in a large garden in the middle of August. LOL :) Since, I don't have to do the latter very often or like never I think scrubbing the shower is my #1 worst thing. I mean first of all, there is no easy way to do it. I feel like the only way I am going to have the least little bit of success is if I resort to being without clothes, and well who really wants to clean without clothes?? Just doesn't feel right.... So, when I finally decide to tackle the horrid project, I just scrub and scrub and scrub and it really doesn't make that much of a difference. Then it is like the most awkward position, you have to bend and twist, then you start to sweat, oh it is like a full hardcore workout. I am in the worst mood by the time I'm done. The worst part is when I am done with one shower I know that I still have another one waiting on me........Ugh! It's the worst! Anybody with me???
So, last night Lady Gaga performed on American Idol and to say it was awful is an understatement.....sorry Jamie! She was terrible live. Her opening piece, oh my!! Joey said, "is she a midget?" Her outfit really did make her look like one. Hahahaha!! I really do like her unique dance style music, but she needs to stick to radio only. NO LIVE PERFORMANCES!!!
