J.R.'s Update!!

Joey, Jr. is doing really well. His current weight is up to 3lbs. 12.5oz. YAY!! We are so excited for his progress. Everyday he gains is one day closer to bringing him home! He is also eating really well. He is up to 1oz. of food every 3 hours. He is still feeding through a tube; however we have done some practice breastfeeding. He is overall a very happy and content little boy, he just doesn't like it when the nurses wake him up and mess with him, but who would? :) He loves his Binky!!!! We are so blessed and happy to have him in our lives.

Joey, Jr. was born!!!

Our sweet baby boy was born May 4th, 2008 @ 8:57 am. He must take after his father because I am so not the morning person :) Joey, Jr. was so anxious to be a part of our family that he came 10 weeks early. He weighed 2lbs. 14 oz. and he was 15 3/4 inches long. He was obviously premature and is currently still at the hospital in the Intensive Care Nursery (ICN). He is doing really good and we are anxiously awaiting the day that we can bring him home!! We really appreciate all of the love, support and prayers that we have received. Stay tuned for updates.....
